Jeannette Merced is the Sr. VP of Finance for Charter School Associates (CSA). She has been with CSA for nearly 12 years. Prior to CSA, she worked for the Palm Beach School District for 5 years. Mrs. Merced has 17 years of experience in the Charter School/Education business. Prior to that, she held various managerial positions in the private industry.

As a leader in the charter school community, she was a commissioner of the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) Charter School Appeals Commission, former treasurer and founder of the Florida Association of Charter School Authorizers, former review committee member for the Florida Charter School Conference and active representative for FLDOE charter school application renewal process updates.

Currently, she leads the finance/accounting team for 21 charter schools in the State of Florida. In her tenure as the Sr VP of Finance for Charter School Associates, all schools have scored clean audits with no financial findings. She enjoys using MSB as the payment tool for the parents and has been able to accomplish almost 90% of parent payments through the system since implementing a cashless schools process. One of the features she loves about MSB is the billing options to parents, family members and community.
