Pedro joined our team over a decade ago supporting Nutrikids. He trained districts in the use of this product and helped with the go live support. He has since been supporting our MCS products for the last 6 years. He has trained and supported Go live models with various districts with a successful implementation in both English and Spanish. At present when assigned a new client, he supports Implementation, Installation, configuration, training and go live model. His goal is to make the transition as easy as possible for the client and making sure the client is comfortable with the software before he leaves.
